How do I navigate around the Spider Office website?
It's easy to find your way around spideroffice.co.uk. Just click on the cascading menu bar to access the pages you wish to see. If you are lost in the site just click on the Home page button. This will take you out of the store and back to the website's main page. You can access the Home page from anywhere on the site.

How can I find the product I'm looking for?
You can search the site using the Quick Search facility on the left hand panel of any page. Enter the product code in the input box and click on the magnifying glass to begin the search.

The website's search facility will look for words that match the text you have entered and return a list of results. You can then click on any of the results to view the product you're looking for. 

If you didn't find what you were looking for use the Search Words input box to start a new search or click on the Back text at the bottom of the page to return to the previous page.

Tips for searching: 

The search is not case sensitive, but using spacing and lots of words within your search will affect the results you receive. For example:

If you're looking for a 'Brother MFC 5440CN All In One Printer', we recommend you search for a '5440'. Alternatively if you have the product code you'll get a more accurate and faster result.

How does my shopping basket work?
The website has a shopping basket facility that works just like a shopping basket in a supermarket. If you click on the Add to Basket button, next to a particular product, the item will be placed in your basket. You will see confirmation that you have placed the item in your basket and then be taken back to the product you've just selected.

You can recheck the contents of your basket at anytime by clicking on the View Basket button in the top right hand corner of the page. You should see a new page listing the contents of you basket, from where you can change the quantity, remove an item or check out.

How do I amend my shopping basket?
Click on the View Basket button on the top right hand corner of any page except the Home page. You should now see the contents of your basket.

To change the quantity in your basket, add the new quantity in the text box and click on the Update button. The quantity will now be updated.

To remove the item from your basket, click the tick box Delete, then click on the Update button. The item will now be removed from your basket.

Once you have amended your basket click on the Continue Shopping button to go back to the store.

How do I place my order?
To place your order click on the Check Out button on the top right hand side of any page on the site.

You will automatically be redirected to a secure area of the website. From here you are required to read and accept Spider Office Terms and Conditions, complete your shipment details and payment method.

On completing your order you will see a receipt screen confirming it. You should print this out and keep it safe for future reference. Providing you have submitted your email address correctly, you will also receive an email confirming your order.

How do I change my order if I've already placed it?
If you decide to change or cancel your order after you have placed it, please call us immediately on 0121 328 0831 and we will make the necessary changes.

Is shopping at Spider Office safe?
You can feel confident that your details are secure while transmitted over the Internet to Spider Office.

The Spider Office Check Out process is encrypted using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. When you begin the check out process a padlock symbol will appear in the bottom right hand corner of your web browser. This indicates that the encryption process is working. If for any reason you do not see the padlock do not proceed with the order and contact Spider Office.

What payments do you accept?
We accept payment by Switch, Delta, Solo, Master and Visa card.

You can choose to transmit these details with your order after completing your order online, or you can place a telephone on 0121 328 0831. We will not process any order until we have received full and accurate shipping and payment details.

Yes you can. You will be given the opportunity to do this when checking out.
