|MAKING A PURCHASE|
|When making a purchase with Spider Office browse through our store, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.|
We accept Visa, Mastercard, payments on our web site, We are sorry but we do not accept Maestro card. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone or over our web site.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

The combination of SellerDeck with a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway provides a very high level of security. But unfortunately no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. We will strive to ensure that information transmitted to us during the process is secure, however any information you transmit to us, including your credit card details, are at your own risk. Your credit card details are not stored after the payment transaction is completed.They are also not held in clear text on this or any other website.|

While we try and ensure that all prices on our Web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and you have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will automatically treat the order as cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices displayed on the site include VAT.
|We do not offer credit accounts and all goods must be paid for in full before dispatch, either by credit card, debit card or cleared cheque.|

Goods returned to Spider Office under guarantee will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

|The Company is unable to accept the return of merchandise without prior arrangement. Before returning merchandise the Company must be notified either by phoning 0121 328 0831 e-mail or in writing, with the details included of the merchandise, the invoice number and date of purchase. Authorisation of returns, if appropriate and within 30 days of the invoice date, will then be given with a returns number. In relation to hardware products, Authorisation will only be given if the unit is complete with all accessories, cables, manuals, etc and is in brand new condition and in the original packaging. It is the customers' responsibility to make sure that all items returned are properly packed, as any damage goods received will not be accepted by the Company. Customers returning good do so at their own risk.|

WE DO NOT DELIVER GOODS TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE THE UK MAINLAND.
Please Note: All consignments MUST be signed for, so please arrange for a person to be able to sign on delivery, as our carrier WILL NOT LEAVE consignment with out a signature. If goods are returned to us due to the carrier being unable to deliver, an extra carriage charge may be applied for goods sent out a second time for delivery.

|SALE OR RETURN|
|We do not operate a sale or return policy in any shape or form.|
|Goods dispatched or collected will remain Spider Office property until payment is made in full. We are entitled to the proceeds of sale of goods for which full payment has not been made.|
|SHORTAGES/DAMAGED & FAULTY GOODS|
|Although we shall endeavour to ensure that all goods are carefully packed and dispatched, you must inspect the goods promptly on delivery and must notifiy us in writing within 48 hours for any shortage or where goods do not conform to the delivery note. Any claim for damaged, faulty or missing goods, must be made first by telephone or e-mail and then in writing within 48hours, we can not accept any responsibilty for non delivery of goods unless notified in writing within 7 days of date of invoice issued by us for the goods in question.|

All images, descriptions, specifications, where listed and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate descrpition of the goods for sale. The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now U K law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
· Much of the UK's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
· Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
Spider Office are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when you buy from us a new Electrical or Electronic product.
For example, if a customer bought a new EEE item from us we would accept their old WEEE item and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:
Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
